A warm welcome when you arrive at Number 21 will include giving you new white slippers so that you may leave your street shoes in the hallway. Wearing gloves/mask, in your presence, we'll spray your luggage, shoes, caps, coats, in-room hairdryer, shower gel pump bottles and TV remote-control, with aerosol disinfectant from Dettol / Lysol / Sagrotan.

We are adapting Hilton's 'CleanStay' protocols for our guests, so we've removed brochures and excess items. Please bring wipes/supplies that you alone would like to use during your stay. Major pharmacies and grocery shops are around the corner from us at Fulham Broadway tube station/shopping arcade.
